Start with the question you have. To explore a connection, Sun Sign Compatibility compares two Sun signs on this site, free, with nothing to look up. For today, Daily Heart Mirror reads today’s Venus, Moon and lunar phase on screen. Element Compatibility is also free to read on screen. Two more are free by email: Daily Love Alignment, and Love & Who You Are, the first Personal Love Report, which needs your birth details.
It depends on the report, and each page says so before you start. The daily reports and the two free compatibility reflections need no birth details. Every Personal Love Report needs your birth date, exact birth time and birth city, because it reads your chart for the moment you were born. Venus Attraction and Attraction & Emotional Connection need two birth dates and two cities, and no birth time. Birth Chart Compatibility needs two birth dates and two cities; each birth time is optional, and a known time adds that person’s Moon and Rising sign. Your raw birth date, time and place are used to compute the chart and are never written to our database.
As a PDF attached to an email, once the payment is confirmed. There is no web version of a paid report. If the PDF fails to render, the email is still sent and says the file is delayed rather than leaving you waiting in silence. The free on-screen reflections are read on the site and are not emailed.
No. Each paid report is a single purchase at the price shown next to it, processed by Stripe in US dollars. There is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal and no account to cancel. Once a report has been delivered the sale is final, except where the law requires otherwise or where you were charged and the report never arrived; the full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
